I work primarily with private equity investors and the companies they back, and with leadership teams putting AI into their products and operations.

Technical and AI diligence

Before you buy or sell, I can apply deep experience in Cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise architecture to help you test whether a company's technology and security will hold up, whether its moat is real in the AI era, and whether it can absorb an AI initiative without breaking. You get a report and the evidence behind it, built to be relied on in a deal. I can also join strategy and diligence firms in the capacity of a technical lead or senior advisor for engagements.

AI value creation

You have an AI plan, and the board needs to know what it will return. We start with a baseline of what the company actually does today, model where AI changes the economics, and narrow the plan to the investments worth funding. Then I can help your team deliver the first of them.

AI is changing the market around the company too. I help leadership identify the moats and strengths that will last, such as data, relationships, and expertise a competitor cannot copy with a model, and work out how to press those advantages while the market shifts.

Building the AI control layer

Putting AI into production properly shifts technology, the role of people, and often requires a rethink of how your business delivers outcomes that are still relevant in the AI era. Because AI can impact every role and function, bringing AI into any area of your business depends deeply on how your business is built. In principle, the AI control layer is specific to each business and covers: the visibility, policies, and auditing tools that let you see what AI in your business does, and redesigned roles and review tools that enable your business to capture and record where human judgement and accountability are applied to AI outputs so you can stand confidently behind what AI is producing for your customers.

I can run that work through launch, from prototype to platform to the new ways of working, or advise your team while it builds the layer itself.

How an engagement runs

Every engagement starts with a written scope: the question, the deliverable, and the point where I hand over. I lead the work myself. I run a constantly updated custom build consisting of modern AI agents, tools, and services to manage and audit my own deliverables in my platform on feick.cloud, and can bring in additional experts and specialists from my own network to assist as needed.
